A rich, dark-pink sparkler with fine bubbles. Cabernet Franc and Gamay provide juicy cherry, raspberry, and blueberry notes, with a modest touch of sweetness that plays perfectly.

Grapes: Ugni Blanc

A Brut with mouthwatering acidity and graceful levity from 100% Ugni Blanc this wine is grown on the calcareous soils between Angers and Tours. On the nose, the wine is dominated by green apple and melon, plus citrus, apple, and bready notes on the palate. A pale yellow color and steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose has aromas of crisp green apple and melon. On the palate you will find flavors of citrus and apple with a light bready flavor. The crisp acidity and sparkle create a light weight wine very well balanced.

Grapes: Barbera

Aromas of Chocolate Cherry, candied orange, and blueberry, complimented by essence of clove, toasted walnut, nutmeg, five spice, tarragon, and mint. Vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and a beautiful ruby hue.

Grape: Pinot Noir

Expect vibrant aromas of raspberry and cherry, complemented by soft, supple tannins and a clean, mineral finish

Grapes: 32% Gewurztraminer, 23% Riesling, 22% Müller-Thurgau, 18% Pinot Gris, 5% Muscat Ottonel

A lively bouquet of apple, melon and guava on the nose open up into aromas of quince and cherry blossom with a hint of lilac. This wine coats the palate with an unexpected richness that is balanced by flavors of crisp green apple, pineapple and kiwi. Lemon and lime zest bring a mouthwatering quality to the wine that lingers on a long, focused finish.

Grapes: Verdejo

The Parra brothers founded their La Mancha estate with a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Hand-harvested Verdejo vines, planted between 1997-2012, are grown in unique soils and certified by Demeter. Wines are stainless steel fermented, aged 4-6 months, with no malolactic fermentation, and bottled with light filtration.

Grapes: Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of equal parts Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc—a common combination for the white wines of the region—here made into an orange wine via a week of maceration on the skins. Aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit, with moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea, and preserved apricots on the yeasty and textured palate. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Grapes: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah

A refreshing and crisp palate, characterized by a pale peach-pink hue and bright notes of strawberry, raspberry, citrus zest, and a touch of Mediterranean herbs

Grapes: 85 % Glera - 15 % Pinot Nero

Small red berry fruits hints, almost like wild strawberry, pomegranate, gooseberry and sage. These evolve to hints of comfit e rose petals.

Grapes: 60% Grenache, 30% Clairette, 10% Syrah.

Organic Rose Wine. Powerful, mineral-accented aromas of ripe red berries and citrus fruits, joined by a suave, floral top note that builds in the glass. Sappy and concentrated on the palate, offering fresh raspberry, bitter cherry, and blood orange flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. Finishes long, chewy, and precise, delivering strong mineral cut and lingering florality.

100% Pinot Gris

A deliciously dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear and stone fruit, followed by flavors of peach and green apple. A sturdy acid backbone with lovely mineral notes

Grapes: Loureiro, Arinto, and Trajadura

Intense aromas of stone fruits, pear, and white flowers. Crisp and clean with zesty lemon, lime, and underlying minerality. Young and vibrant with juicy fruit flavors and the region's hallmark light, refreshing effervescence

100% Chardonnay

This wine is fresh, lively acidity, a touch of minerality, and notes of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruits.

Grapes: 35% Alicante Bouschet, 25% Aragonez, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% each Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira

a wine of great aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with good structure, an excellent balance of very pure fruit and more vegetal notes, and above all very fresh, something hardly found in Alentejo

Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chenin Blanc

From the rolling hills of Santa Barbara County comes the inaugural release of Blanc de Mer — a fresh expression born from some of the region’s most storied vineyards: McGinley, China Blue, Happy Canyon, and Jurassic Park. Each lot was vinified separately using native yeast, then aged thoughtfully in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The final blend is layered, textural, and bright. On the nose, you’ll find citrus blossom, yellow apple, and ripe pear. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, offering a clean, saline finish that invites another sip.

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from multiple vineyards throughout the Central Coast. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep purple hue. Medium bodied, nicely balanced with ripe cherry and plum notes.
