Grapes: 50% Trepat, 30% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha

Salmon color in the glass with red berry fruit, rose petal, and wet rock. The palate is subtle, but with good fruit flavors balanced with zingy acidity and a spritzy sparkle.

Grapes: Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay

The appearance is pale gold with a hint of green and fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit give way to a creamy and smooth palate with flavors of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemons.

Grapes: Barbera

Aromas of Chocolate Cherry, candied orange, and blueberry, complimented by essence of clove, toasted walnut, nutmeg, five spice, tarragon, and mint. Vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and a beautiful ruby hue.

Grapes: Pinot Noir

Deep garnet in color, the nose of this wine is beautifully perfumed, suggesting violets, star anise, raspberry coulis, and earthy mineral notes. The palate exhibits juicy black cherry and berry flavors. The finish is long and elegant, offering hints of exotic spice. Wadenswill is a clone which lends flavors of mouthwatering sour cherry and crushed strawberries, while Pommard 4 provides earthiness. The wine has soft tannins from the cool climate selection and finishes with balanced acidity, light bodied tannins and a soft, silky finish. We blend grapes from several appellations. Complexity is achieved with blending AVA’s, not varietals.

Grapes: Verdejo

The Parra brothers founded their La Mancha estate with a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Hand-harvested Verdejo vines, planted between 1997-2012, are grown in unique soils and certified by Demeter. Wines are stainless steel fermented, aged 4-6 months, with no malolactic fermentation, and bottled with light filtration.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc

Offering excellent value for classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, this refreshing white displays aromas and flavors of white flowers, citrus fruit, quince, and pear.

Grapes: 50% Grenache, 45% Cinsault and 5% Tibouren

Beautiful pale and luminous colour with an eau-de-rose tint. The nose is expressive with notes of pomegranate and apricot. The attack is lively and elegant, with a great freshness reminiscent of blackcurrant buds, followed by a beautiful tension and minerality.

Grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Garnatxa

Aromas of herbs and fresh flowers combined with a background of perfectly fresh red fruit. In the mouth, it is refreshing but at the same time has the complexity of a sparkling wine aged for 15 months.

From the rolling hills of Santa Barbara County comes the inaugural release of Blanc de Mer — a fresh expression born from some of the region’s most storied vineyards: McGinley, China Blue, Happy Canyon, and Jurassic Park. Each lot was vinified separately using native yeast, then aged thoughtfully in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The final blend is layered, textural, and bright. On the nose, you’ll find citrus blossom, yellow apple, and ripe pear. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, offering a clean, saline finish that invites another sip.

Grapes: Mondeuse, Zinfandel

Grown in the Rorick Heritage Estate Vineyard in Calaveras County at 600m elevation. Composed primarily of Mondeuse and Zinfandel - with cameos from Tempranillo, Grenache Noir, and Barbera. On the nose, inviting aromas of strawberry, cherry, hibiscus, and rose hips jump from the glass. On the palate, crackling acidity is balanced by a slight touch of tannin around the edges. The fruit is balanced yet intense, with flavours of melon, passion fruit, papaya, and red berries dominant. A touch of limestone minerality at the end tapers the finish to a satisfying end.

Grapes: Chardonnay

Unoaked Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy, France; light plus bodied and dry, mineral driven and lean with notes of pear, pineapple, and citrus, with medium plus acid, an austere structure, and lingering wet stone on the finish. Sustainable

Bursting with aromas of raspberries, cherries, rose petals and spices. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and vibrant, with ripe tannins and succulent acids

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from multiple vineyards throughout the Central Coast. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep purple hue. Medium bodied, nicely balanced with ripe cherry and plum notes.

Grapes: Nebbiolo

On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, where notes of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry stand out, enriched by floral undertones of rose and violet, as well as hints of spices and earthiness typical of Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is balanced and well-structured.

Finishes long, chewy, and precise, delivering strong mineral cut and lingering florality.

60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault

A very pale peach-pink hue. The nose is aromatic, with delicate notes of rose and fresh mint. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, revealing flavors of mandarin and lemon zest.
