A Brut with mouthwatering acidity and graceful levity from 100% Ugni Blanc this wine is grown on the calcareous soils between Angers and Tours. On the nose, the wine is dominated by green apple and melon, plus citrus, apple, and bready notes on the palate. A pale yellow color and steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose has aromas of crisp green apple and melon. On the palate you will find flavors of citrus and apple with a light bready flavor. The crisp acidity and sparkle create a light weight wine very well balanced.

Aromas of Chocolate Cherry, candied orange, and blueberry, complimented by essence of clove, toasted walnut, nutmeg, five spice, tarragon, and mint. Vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and a beautiful ruby hue.

This Pinot Noir features a bright ruby color. It exudes aromas of red fruits, especially cherry and wild strawberry. With an elegant and luscious mouthfeel, the fruit-forward palate has notes of spice from the French oak.

Grapes: Verdejo

The Parra brothers founded their La Mancha estate with a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Hand-harvested Verdejo vines, planted between 1997-2012, are grown in unique soils and certified by Demeter. Wines are stainless steel fermented, aged 4-6 months, with no malolactic fermentation, and bottled with light filtration.

Grapes: 32% Gewurztraminer, 23% Riesling, 22% Müller-Thurgau, 18% Pinot Gris, 5% Muscat Ottonel

A lively bouquet of apple, melon and guava on the nose open up into aromas of quince and cherry blossom with a hint of lilac. This wine coats the palate with an unexpected richness that is balanced by flavors of crisp green apple, pineapple and kiwi. Lemon and lime zest bring a mouthwatering quality to the wine that lingers on a long, focused finish.

Grapes: Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of equal parts Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc—a common combination for the white wines of the region—here made into an orange wine via a week of maceration on the skins. Aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit, with moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea, and preserved apricots on the yeasty and textured palate. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Grapes: 50% Grenache, 45% Cinsault and 5% Tibouren

Beautiful pale and luminous colour with an eau-de-rose tint. The nose is expressive with notes of pomegranate and apricot. The attack is lively and elegant, with a great freshness reminiscent of blackcurrant buds, followed by a beautiful tension and minerality.

Grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Garnatxa

Aromas of herbs and fresh flowers combined with a background of perfectly fresh red fruit. In the mouth, it is refreshing but at the same time has the complexity of a sparkling wine aged for 15 months.

From the rolling hills of Santa Barbara County comes the inaugural release of Blanc de Mer — a fresh expression born from some of the region’s most storied vineyards: McGinley, China Blue, Happy Canyon, and Jurassic Park. Each lot was vinified separately using native yeast, then aged thoughtfully in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The final blend is layered, textural, and bright. On the nose, you’ll find citrus blossom, yellow apple, and ripe pear. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, offering a clean, saline finish that invites another sip.

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from multiple vineyards throughout the Central Coast. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep purple hue. Medium bodied, nicely balanced with ripe cherry and plum notes.

Grapes: 60% Grenache, 30% Clairette, 10% Syrah.

Organic Rose Wine. Powerful, mineral-accented aromas of ripe red berries and citrus fruits, joined by a suave, floral top note that builds in the glass. Sappy and concentrated on the palate, offering fresh raspberry, bitter cherry, and blood orange flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. Finishes long, chewy, and precise, delivering strong mineral cut and lingering florality.

60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault

A very pale peach-pink hue. The nose is aromatic, with delicate notes of rose and fresh mint. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, revealing flavors of mandarin and lemon zest.

100% Chardonnay

This wine is fresh, lively acidity, a touch of minerality, and notes of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruits.

100% Pinot Gris

A deliciously dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear and stone fruit, followed by flavors of peach and green apple. A sturdy acid backbone with lovely mineral notes
